The Dakni Adab Massive Open Online Course (MOOC), developed by the Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE) of Maulana Azad National Urdu University, is designed to enhance knowledge and understanding of the origin, development, literary characteristics, and cultural significance of Dakni literature among postgraduate students, research scholars, language and literature teachers, and enthusiasts of Urdu literary studies. The course provides a comprehensive overview of major Dakni literary works, prominent poets and writers, and the linguistic and cultural traditions that shaped the growth of Dakni literature. Aligned with the objectives of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, the course promotes inclusive, technology-enabled learning through online platforms.
